How Movie Stars Can Demand More Diverse Sets Thanks to Frances McDormand's Oscar speech, all of Hollywood now knows what an "inclusion rider" is. And there's a talent database, called Akuarel, that those actors can point to as a resource for productions looking to diversify their cast and crew. Akuarel's creator, April Reign, says she hopes this project will disprove the myth that "there's just no [diverse] talent." (WNYC News)
