In evolutionary terms, the Aries energy is trying to define itself through initiating new experiences, and it needs the necessary freedom and independence to do so. Uranus in Aries is looking at the collective identity, feeling that it needs to revolutionize and re-identify itself in a completely new and unconditioned way.
